Fabric Materials​

The fabric is composed of a 300g knitted fabric, which provides a soft and stretchy surface, making it comfortable and suitable for direct contact with the skin. This knitted fabric is highly breathable, allowing air to circulate, which helps to keep the user cool and dry.​

The 1000# non-adhesive cotton is used to add a layer of warmth and cushioning. Unlike adhesive cotton, this type does not contain any sticky substances, ensuring a natural and hypoallergenic experience. It also helps to maintain the shape of the product over time.​

There are two types of D2030# sponges. The 2.5cm wave sponge provides a unique contouring effect, conforming to the body's curves and offering excellent pressure relief. The 1cm D2030# sponge adds an extra layer of softness, while the 2cm D2030# sponge (SG-25007) in the comfort layer further enhances the overall comfort level. These sponges are known for their high resilience, ensuring they do not easily deform under pressure.​

The 25g non-woven fabric serves as a protective layer, preventing the filling materials from shifting or leaking out. It also adds a smooth finish to the interior structure.​

Comfort Layer​

The 2cm D2030# sponge (SG-25007) in the comfort layer is carefully selected for its superior comfort properties. It has a fine pore structure that evenly distributes body weight, reducing the feeling of pressure points and providing a luxurious feel.​

Support Layer​

The support layer features 20cm high independent pocket springs with a 1.8mm wire diameter. Each spring is individually encased in a fabric pocket, allowing them to move independently. This design provides targeted support to different parts of the body, minimizes motion transfer, and ensures a stable and comfortable sleep or sitting experience.​

Sides​

The sides of the product are constructed with a combination of knitted fabric, 0.8cm D2030# sponge, and 25g non-woven fabric. The sponge on the sides adds additional support and durability, while the knitted fabric and non-woven fabric contribute to the overall aesthetic and structural integrity.​

Bottom​

The bottom is made of 120g gray non-woven fabric. This material is sturdy and durable, providing a stable base that can withstand daily use. It also helps to prevent the product from sliding or moving, ensuring safety and stability.​
