The fabric composition of this product is carefully crafted to ensure optimal comfort and durability. This knitted fabric is combined with 1000# non-adhesive cotton, providing additional softness and insulation. Two layers of D2030# sponge, with thicknesses of 2cm and 0.8cm respectively, are incorporated to enhance cushioning and support. The sponge layers are strategically placed to distribute pressure evenly. To complete the fabric structure, 25g non-woven fabric is used, adding a protective and stable layer.
The support layer features independent pocket springs with a wire diameter of 2.1 in the middle and two rows of 2.3 around. This design offers excellent contouring support, effectively relieving pressure points and ensuring spinal alignment, which is crucial for maintaining proper posture during use.
For the filling layer, a 5cm D2560# sponge is paired with 2cm D70 latex. The D2560# sponge provides substantial cushioning, while the D70 latex adds a touch of luxurious comfort with its natural elasticity and responsiveness. Together, they create a plush yet supportive surface.
On the side, a 200g white knitted fabric is employed, providing a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance. It is combined with 500# hot-pressed non-adhesive cotton, 1.5cm D2030# sponge, and 25g non-woven fabric. This combination not only enhances the visual appeal but also offers additional support and protection.
The bottom part is constructed with chemical fiber fabric, known for its strength and resistance to wear. It is complemented by 500# hot-pressed non-adhesive cotton, 0.5cm D2030# sponge, and 25g non-woven fabric. This setup ensures stability and prevents deformation, prolonging the lifespan of the product.
