Fabric Materials​

Support Layer​

The support layer features a robust construction designed for long-term stability. The 20cm high 2.0 wire independent pocket springs are individually encased, allowing each spring to move independently. This design effectively minimizes motion transfer, ensuring undisturbed rest. To reinforce the structure, two rows of 2.2 wire are added along the length direction, enhancing the overall load-bearing capacity and preventing sagging. Side Panel​

A 0.5cm layer of D1830 sponge is integrated to provide a smooth, even base, reducing friction and preventing damage to the floor surface. This combination ensures the product remains stable and protected, even in dynamic environments.
