Fabric​

The fabric is composed of a 300g knitted fabric, which provides excellent durability and flexibility, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It is paired with 220g of US standard fireproof cotton, which meets strict safety regulations and effectively reduces the risk of fire, ensuring both functionality and safety. The 3.5cm D20# wave sponge and 0.5cm D20# sponge are carefully selected for their optimal resilience and comfort. The wave design of the 3.5cm sponge enhances air circulation, preventing heat buildup, while the 0.5cm sponge offers additional support and a smooth surface. A 25g non-woven fabric is incorporated to provide a stable base layer, contributing to the overall structural integrity of the material.​

Support layer​

The support layer features a 25cm structure. The middle part measures 1.8mm in thickness, providing a solid core for the entire structure. Along the length direction, two rows of 2.3 thread are added on the left and right sides, enhancing the stability and strength of the support layer. Additionally, SG-25002 hard independent pocket springs are integrated. These springs work independently, conforming to the body's contours and providing targeted support, reducing motion transfer and ensuring a comfortable and undisturbed experience.​

Side​

The side of the material consists of knitted fabric, 220g of US standard fireproof cotton, and 25g of non-woven fabric. This combination ensures consistent fire resistance and structural support on the sides, maintaining the overall safety and quality of the product.​

Bottom​

The bottom is constructed with knitted fabric, 1-point D2030 sponge, and 25g of non-woven fabric. The 1-point D2030 sponge offers just the right amount of softness and support, while the knitted fabric and non-woven fabric provide a durable and stable base, ensuring the material can withstand daily use and maintain its shape over time.
