Fabric Materials​

The primary fabric utilized in this construction is knitted fabric, renowned for its exceptional flexibility and stretchability, ensuring a snug and conforming fit. Complementing the knitted fabric is 1000# non-adhesive cotton, which provides a soft, breathable base layer. This cotton is selected for its hypoallergenic properties and natural moisture-wicking capabilities, enhancing overall comfort. Additionally, two layers of 1.5-point D2030 sponge are incorporated. With a density of 20 kilograms per cubic meter and a compression hardness of 30 Newtons, this sponge offers balanced support and pressure relief. To further optimize comfort, 25g non-woven fabric is added, which acts as a protective barrier, preventing the sponge from shifting while also adding an extra layer of softness.​

Comfort Layer​

The comfort layer features a 1cm D2030 sponge, carefully chosen to provide immediate cushioning upon contact. Its medium-soft density contours to the body, reducing pressure points and promoting a restful experience. This sponge's open-cell structure allows for efficient air circulation, minimizing heat buildup and ensuring a cool surface throughout use.​

Support Layer​

The support layer is the backbone of this construction, consisting of 21cm high 2.0 thread independent pocket springs. Each spring is individually encased in a fabric pocket, enabling them to move independently. This design isolates motion transfer, ensuring that movement on one side does not disturb the other. For added stability, two rows of lengthwise 2.2YBSG725 thread are used for side reinforcement. This high-strength thread significantly enhances the edge support, preventing sagging and providing a more durable seating or sleeping surface.​

Side Panel​

The side panel is crafted from a light gray 240g fabric, offering both aesthetic appeal and durability. Lined with 0.5-point D1830 sponge, it provides additional lateral support and comfort. The inclusion of 25g non-woven fabric on the side panel not only reinforces the structure but also acts as a breathable barrier, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.​

Bottom Layer​

The bottom layer combines 5113WK fabric, 500# non-adhesive cotton, and 25g non-woven fabric. The 5113WK fabric serves as a sturdy base, preventing the mattress or cushion from sliding. The 500# non-adhesive cotton adds a layer of cushioning and insulation, while the non-woven fabric safeguards the internal components, ensuring long-lasting performance and structural integrity.
