    Description

    The knitted fabric cover, crafted with fine-grade yarns, offers a soft, breathable, and stretchable texture, making it ideal for direct skin contact in applications like mattresses or cushions. Its interlocking stitch structure enhances durability while maintaining a smooth surface, effectively preventing pilling and ensuring long-term comfort.  

    The 2.3mm diameter independent pocket springs feature individual fabric encasements, each designed to respond independently to body weight and movement. This configuration minimizes motion transfer, providing targeted support and reducing pressure points. The 2.3mm wire gauge strikes a balance between resilience and flexibility, suitable for distributing weight evenly across the surface and adapting to various body shapes.  

    Layered beneath is a 2cm-thick D2530 sponge, where "D2530" denotes a density of approximately 25-30 kg/m³. This medium-firm sponge offers foundational support, absorbing initial pressure and maintaining the structure’s shape. Its open-cell structure enhances air circulation, reducing heat retention and contributing to a cooler resting experience.  

    Topping the assembly is a 2cm layer of D3020# gel memory foam, combining the slow-molding features of memory foam with cooling gel particles. The "D3020#" likely specifies a density of 30-20 kg/m³ (note: density notation may vary), ensuring a plush yet supportive feel. The gel infusion dissipates body heat, while the memory foam conforms to the body’s contours, alleviating stress on joints and promoting proper spinal alignment.  

    Together, this composite structure integrates breathability, adaptive support, and thermal regulation, making it suitable for high-quality bedding that balances comfort and ergonomic design.
